One is a local newsletter for Hoboken NJ called Mile Square Journal.
Lastly, I have one called Mind Snack which goes over self-development topics.
I’m running each of these with Beehiiv because I see them improving every aspect of their platform regularly.
Here’s why I plan on going all in on this method…
You own the audience… Google, Pinterest, and any other platform could take your traffic away in a second (it happened to be with Google and Pinterest).
You can reach 40-50% of your audience through one email. When you have a platform like Instagram push out your content, you only get it pushed to 10% of your audience and it only gets pushed further if the content is well engaged with.
Lastly, there are plenty of monetization methods. You could make money in multiple ways including ebooks, growth (recommendations), sponsors/ads, sending traffic to a blog (ad money), affiliate marketing, and more).
